Alaskan songwriter Steven Bacon is a Boston based street / subway performer (aka "busker") and touring singer-songwriter. On 9/19/08, while performing on the streets of Boston, Steven met Oscar & Grammy award winning songwriter/actor Glen Hansard, star of the movie "ONCE", a movie about an Irish Street Musician. In the middle of Glen's concert at Agannis Arena that night, he invited Steven on stage to let the crowd "hear a real busker". Steven performed an original song for several thousand people and received a standing ovation.
